Clean Harbors in Nisku AB is looking for an Industrial Sandblaster and Painter to join their safety-conscious team General duties include sandblasting of components/entire assets, taping and masking, and painting of vehicles and equipment.

Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.

Clean, degrease and primer both component parts and finished products.

Painting of various assets and or components.

Sandblasting of equipment and components.

Sanding, taping and other prep work.

Mixing of paints.

Responsible for all painting equipment maintenance, guns, compressors, paint and sand blast booths.

Mechanical knowledge with “hands on approach” as needed.

Ensures all aspects of painting and sandblasting areas are in compliance.

Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in commercial sandblasting and painting including trucks, trailers, and miscellaneous equipment.

Must be physically able to operate a variety of equipment and machinery including various types of painting equipment, blasting equipment assorted hand tools, etc.
