We are seeking a diligent Scanning/Records Clerk to support our public sector client in Victoria, BC.

The successful candidate will play an important role in digitizing hard copy documents and providing general administrative support.

This 4 weeks contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our client's operations while gaining valuable experience in a public sector environment.

The hours for this position will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities:
Scan hard copy documents into electronic system
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents
Collaborating with team members to prioritize scanning tasks
Maintaining confidentiality and security of scanned documents
Requirements:
Ability to pass a criminal background check
On-site work required
Office experience is required
Previous experience in administration or records management would be highly encouraged
Ability to learn new system
Attention to details
