East Central Alberta Catholic Separate School Division invites applications for the position of Substitute Clerical Assistant at Blessed Sacrament School in Wainwright, Alberta. Responsibilities: Provides receptionist services, answers telephone inquiries/direct visitors. Manages Student Records/Registrations in PowerSchool and Student Record File Maintenance. Prepares letters, forms, manuals, and correspondence as requested by school administrators. Maintains and respects confidentiality of students and school personal information. Complies with and supports Division and school policies and procedures. Process incoming/outgoing Mail, courier, post office pick-up/deliveries. Performs other related duties as assigned by the school administrators.
