Ce que vous allez faire :
Être le premier point de contact avec la clientèle de Neo (actuelle et future) pour notre gamme de produits complète et communiquer avec elle au moyen d’une multitude de canaux, y compris par clavardage et au téléphone.
Prendre la responsabilité de la relation en transformant les interactions en conversations fructueuses qui donnent à la clientèle l’impression de parler à un proche.
Utiliser sa passion pour les produits de Neo pour éduquer et aider la clientèle à trouver des solutions à long terme pour ses besoins.
Absorber les connaissances comme une éponge et en apprendre plus sur le paysage financier.
Experience/Skills
Ce que nous recherchons :
Avoir au moins d’une année d'expérience dans un rôle axé sur la clientèle, que ce soit en personne ou en ligne.
Avoir un esprit d’analyse et aimer trouver des solutions innovantes aux problèmes de la clientèle.
Aimer apprendre de nouvelles technologies et avoir l’habitude de partager ses connaissances avec les autres.
Prendre plaisir à être en compétition avec soi-même en cherchant des occasions d’apprendre et en trouvant de nouveaux défis à relever. S’efforcer d’atteindre les objectifs de performance et de productivité.
Comprendre l’importance d’offrir plus de valeur à la clientèle au moyen de services supplémentaires qui répondent à ses besoins.
