Position: NSL Teacher Required teaching qualifications: A valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate A valid Certification of Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers Primary, Junior and Intermediate Qualifications Indigenous Language Qualification (or working towards NL Qualification would be considered an asset) FMNI AQ would be considered an asset Position Criteria: Knowledge of Ministry Curriculum and Assessment documents Demonstrated experience of working with Indigenous Language and Culture Demonstrated experience with Apple based software & mobile devices (iPad/MacBook/iMac) Evidence of understanding of varied learners with a focus on Culturally Relevant and Responsive Pedagogy Evidence of integration of technology for documentation and evaluation of student work including Edsby/LMS Ability to work as part of a school/central team and to communicate effectively Interested Candidates: Please apply using ApplytoEducation by clicking the Apply Online button below.
