Join our fully-remote team as a full-time Social Media Specialist, specializing in leading clients, executing strategies, and driving social media innovation for exciting consumer goods brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute social media strategy, ensuring on-brand content and timely delivery.
Brainstorm socially relevant and on-trend content ideas.
Oversee content development and curation, emphasizing short-form video.
Publish content according to schedules, using third-party tools.
Amplify posts via Meta and TikTok ads manager.
Engage strategically with audiences across platforms.
Generate insightful bi-weekly and monthly reports.
Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate to optimize audience growth and brand image.
Manage influencer campaigns and online communities.
Maintain strong client relationships and project delivery standards.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of social media experience or education in related fields.
Proficiency in content creation, community engagement, and social analytics.
Experience with social media management platforms (Sprout Social preferred).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Expertise in Meta and TikTok Business Manager.
Ability to measure social success effectively.
