Sesh+ was founded with the sole aspiration of finding solutions for nicotine cravings and building towards a future without cigarettes or vapes. We were tired of trying other alternatives that either didn't work or were dissatisfying. We constantly strive for new, harm-reducing alternatives that improve adult tobacco and vape users' lives. The position:

We are looking for someone to fill a merchandising position in GTA. Sesh+ is listed in a large number of retail chains across the Lower Mainland and we are looking for a friendly and outgoing person to join the Sesh+ team and do the following:

Role:
●     Visiting 12 to 15 retail locations, 5 days per week, within territory. (Can Vary)
●     Supporting execution of account promotions by ensuring products are readily available and promotional materials are maximized.
●     Direct communication with our retail partners (store managers/staff members) and building/developing strong relationships.
●     Ensure displays are set up and located in accurate positions
●     Take pictures of Sesh+ product set up
●     Talk to store staff members and provide additional information about Sesh+ Products. .
●     Develops strategy for product and POS material placements to optimize sales and market visibility.

Requirements/Skills:
●     Based in the Greater Toronto Area - Downtown Toronto, GTA West (Brampton, Mississauga), would be ideal geographically.
●     Provide your own car
●     Valid Driver's License
●     In store influence, sales, negotiation, and marketing skills
●     Overnight travel may be required.
●     Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation:
●     Annual Salary: $40,000 to $50,000k + Bonus
●     Participate in Employee Stock Option Plan
●     Comprehensive Benefits (Including, Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drugs)
●     Monthly Vehicle Allowance
