We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for managing IT quality assurance. Reporting to the manager responsible for quality and business process integration in information technology, this person will be responsible for implementing the IT quality assurance practice at BRP. In addition to managing a team of several coordinators, you will be responsible for implementing the test automation strategy.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :
Take charge of the destiny of BRP's IT quality assurance practice.
Build and manage a team of IT QA leaders and analysts.
Work closely with delivery managers and centers of expertise responsible for project delivery to establish test management best practices.
Manage the implementation of the test management system (Tricentis qTest).
Manage the implementation of the test automation system (Tricentis Tosca) and optimize its use.
Ensure the application and execution of internal controls related to solution deployment.
Support the professional development of your team members.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

You have experience of setting up an IT quality assurance practice and an automated testing strategy.
A skilled communicator, you take the initiative and quickly get answers to questions.
You are pragmatic: you prioritize concrete actions over theory.
Your knowledge of SAP and business processes in a large company is an asset.
