Sr. Project coordinator to support Commercial Banking initiatives of our banking client Location : Hybrid - DT Toronto office, 2 days a week
Duration : 6 months with potential extension
Must Haves:
7+ years of experience in project coordination
Experience in the Commercial banking LOB, employee experience, digital and change management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall , etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring the project stays on schedule
Collaborate with project managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to align migration tasks with business goals
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk logs
Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and migration activities across teams
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Monitor project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure timely resolution
Assist with resource allocation and ensure all teams have the tools and support needed for successful migration
Support testing, validation, and sign-off activities for data migration milestones
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking policies throughout the migration process
