Description du Poste :
Le développeur Fullstack senior est responsable de la conception, du développement et de la maintenance d’applications web complètes, tant au niveau du frontend que du backend, en utilisant des technologies avancées comme JavaScript, Typescript, Express, NestJS et React. En tant que membre clé de notre équipe de développement, le candidat retenu possédera une expérience approfondie dans la création d'architectures logicielles solides, dans le développement d’API robustes et dans l'optimisation des performances des applications web.

Responsabilités :
1. Concevoir et développer des applications web complètes en utilisant Typescript, NestJS et React.
2. Participer à la définition de l'architecture logicielle pour garantir la scalabilité, la performance et la maintenabilité des systèmes.
3. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de conception et de produit pour traduire les exigences fonctionnelles en solutions techniques.
4. Assurer la qualité du code en utilisant des pratiques de développement robustes telles que les tests unitaires, l'intégration continue et le déploiement continu.
5. Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes et les goulots d'étranglement de performance.
6. Fournir un encadrement technique et des conseils aux membres juniors de l'équipe de développement.
7. Rester à jour sur les dernières tendances et technologies dans le domaine du développement web.

Compétences Requises :
1. Expérience significative en développement Fullstack avec une maîtrise de Typescript, Express, NestJS, React.
2. Solide connaissance de React, Material UI, et des modèles de conception atomique pour le développement frontend.
3. Compétence en développement avec des frameworks tels que Next.js ou Remix pour le rendu côté serveur.
4. Maîtrise de TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, et des standards ECMAScript récents.
4. Expérience avec les outils de gestion de l'état tels que Redux ou MobX.
5. Familiarité avancée avec les API REST et/ou GraphQL.
6. Connaissance des méthodologies de développement Agile et Scrum.
7. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en communication.
8. Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et de manière autonome.

Formation et Expérience :
- Baccalauréat en informatique, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe.
- Au moins 5 années d'expérience professionnelle en développement web fullstack, avec une expertise particulière en Typescript, Express et NestJS.
- Une expérience antérieure en tant qu'architecte logiciel ou leader technique est un plus.
