Toronto, Canada WORKFORCE - Staffing Solutions Full time

Our client in the construction industry is looking for an Intermediate Estimator to come join their growing team.

You will have a background in commercial interior construction, ideally be located within the Western GTA area and bring a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.

A day in the life will entail preparing bid tenders, collaborating with Project Managers and engineers, prepare and submit takeoffs, as well as preparing and maintaining a list of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.

General schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours with flexibility to attend to business needs as they arise.

Salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $85k to $110K annually with an additional bonus structure linked to performance metrics and KPIs.
Benefits package and three weeks’ vacation to start.

• Background in commercial interiors preferred
• Experience with Planswift an asset
• Passion for Construction
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced and high energy environment
• Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
• Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able work on-site.
