Position Summary
Joining us at East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKRH) you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of care by working closely with clients, caregivers, and other key individuals to create supportive environments that foster optimal communication and swallowing abilities.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic hospital rehabilitation team. In this autonomous role, you’ll apply your expertise in communication and swallowing disorders to provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and intervention. Days of work are Monday to Friday; 08:00 to 16:00 hours. This position is relief and provides coverage until the return of incumbent July 2025.

Qualfications
Full practicing registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC).
One year’s clinical experience with adults in a hospital setting and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. New grads are also welcome to apply.
Valid Driver’s license where required.
