What's your role – Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Rexall, you'll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency

Your responsibilities include:

Community
Leadership:
Actively promote Rexall's positive image by participating in community business groups and health and wellness initiatives

Patient Care:
Provide professional advice on prescriptions, healthy living products, services, and OTC products, fostering excellent customer service and loyalty

Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, professional standards, and applicable laws

Leadership:
Demonstrate exceptional Leadership - bringing energy, passion, and strong communication skills

Financial Growth:
Drive the store's financial growth and maintain robust financial health

Staff Management:
Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all pharmacy staff to ensure optimal staffing and efficient operations

Store Location:
th Avenue, P.O Box 3870 Olds, AB T4H 1P5

Store Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9AM - 9PM; Saturday, 9AM - 6PM; Sunday, 10AM - 6PM

Qualifications to succeed

Licensed Pharmacist in Province of interest
Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team
Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance
