Pharmacist Relief

* Patient counselling and education for new therapy
* Initiating care plans and following up with proper documentation
* Participating in professional programs and collaborating with colleagues to provide health & wellness services
* Actively engaging in all areas of Fusion to ensure patients experience seamless care
* Ensuring prescription safety and thoroughly understanding corporate pharmacy service offerings
* Maintaining current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
* Adhering to all regulatory requirements, Company policies, processes, and procedures
Requirements include
* Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
* Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
* Injection and First Aid Certification
* Kroll software experience is preferred
