Infasco Nut, a Mississauga Automotive Company, is looking for a Nut former operator
Salary :
-         Starting wage at 28.99$/h;
-         30.60$/h after 240 days of work;
-         32.21$/h after 480 days of work.
Work Schedule: 3 Shift operations (day, afternoon and night) - 40 hours per week
Afternoon shift - 1.15$/h premium
Night shift - 1.35$/h premium
We are very flexible on the working shift
Main responsabilités
Ensure day-to-day tool setup and operation of multi-stage cold forming equipment, wire drawers, and inspection of equipments;
Monitor part dimensions and quality of product using assigned measuring devices;
Make machine adjustment to maintain part quality whiting customers tolerance specifications;
Complete and submit required daily production report at the completion of each job;
Respect safety standards at all times;
All other related task.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Licensed Forklift operator with abilities to run a Fork Truck (an asset);
Previous manufacturing experience working with large machinery;
Capability to stand, walk and perform physical task on extended periods;
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a daily basis;
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Willingness to adapt to change in schedule and priorities.
