**Responsibilities:**

* Assess client physical and cognitive functioning
* Create and implement individualized treatment plans
* Educate clients on safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies
* Support return-to-work programs
* Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions
* Participate in case conferences and case management
* Collaborate with inter-professional team
* Supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred)

**Qualifications:**

* Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
* Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and FCE Trained
