Job Description Responsible for all duties related to specimen collection and processing, data entry, referral specimens and office duties.

Qualifications Halton Healthcare endeavors to hire individuals who are competent in their chosen profession and who exemplify our mission, vision and values of accountability, respect and compassion which guide our individual behaviours and attitudes.
Medical Laboratory Professionals’ Association of Ontario (MLPAO) and/or Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS/SCSLM) certification.
2 - 5 years recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting
Knowledge of laboratory computer systems
Medical Terminology Certificate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with the public
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
Satisfactory employment and attendance record required

Additional Information Status : Permanent Part-time
Hours: Monday - Sunday; Various rotating shifts; weekends & holidays (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs)
Salary: $30.49 to $ 35.16 per hour
