Your responsibilities include: Community Leadership: Actively promote Rexall's positive image by participating in community business groups and health and wellness initiatives Patient Care: Provide professional advice on prescriptions, healthy living products, services, and OTC products, fostering excellent customer service and loyalty Compliance: Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, professional standards, and applicable laws Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional Leadership - bringing energy, passion, and strong communication skills Financial Growth: Drive the store's financial growth and maintain robust financial health Staff Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all pharmacy staff to ensure optimal staffing and efficient operations Store Location: th Avenue, P.
