Our valued public sector client is currently seeking a Senior Secret Cleared Project Coordinator to assist with PMO objectives on a large-scale, multi-departmental, S/4 HANA implementation.
The Successful Candidate Must Have: Minimum 10 years experience as a project coordinator, project administrator or project scheduler.
Minimum 2 years experience assisting in the preparation and coordination of documentation in response to scheduled and unscheduled reports and observations to update management of project progress
Minimum 2 years experience developing and maintaining project schedules, documentation, Master Schedule of all projects and resources
Minimum 1 year of experience working with MS-Project to provide administrative and technical support to a project team.
Valid Secret Clearance
Nice to Have's: Experience with Project Management courses or other training directly to the function of Project Coordinator / Project Administrator or Project Planner
Experience within the last 5 years prior to solicitation issuance date with Enterprise Resource Planning software or Enterprise COTS
Experience creating process flows with Visio or other flow-charting software
