Job Description:
As a Marketing Assistant at Peaked, in this role, you will engage directly with potential customers at pop-up events for various clients, promoting their products or services and driving sales. As a key member of our team, you'll receive comprehensive training to effectively communicate our clients' offerings and convert interest into sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop strong customer engagement skills and learn the art of sales through hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and assist in the execution of pop-up events for various clients.
Engage directly with event attendees to promote brand awareness and encourage participation in interactive experiences.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
Collaborate with team members to implement innovative marketing strategies.
Learn and assist in the planning and coordination of training seminars and workshops.
Assist in the planning and execution of pop-up events for a diverse range of clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Interest in experiential marketing and event management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
Previous experience in marketing, event management, or customer service is an preferred.
