Overall, we are reasonable ,humorous, fun loving and easy going people. We need an frequent sitter for our 10 month old daughter. Usually a mix evenings and days (Probably at least 3 a month , 6 plus hours ) but with the right person , it could have potential to be overnights and weekend gigs (as trust builds). She's a very happy and easy baby who loves getting into her toys and 'talking'. Our ideal babysitter is someone like a grandma. Needs to have a clean criminal record check and Ideally, has current CPR. References are a MUST. Initially, we would do a couple (paid) interview /playdates with us to see how you both interact and ensure it's a good fit for everyone, and go from there. For the paid interview/play date, compensation will be 20 an hour and we will discuss a fair wage for further bookings. Whoever joins us will be valued, appreciated and welcomed as family as your going to be an important role in our daughters life
