We just lost our amazing nanny (she moved back to Ontario)
Right now, just want someone to do the occasional care, either with the girls or with my son. Or two of the three.
My 4 and 3 year old will both be in preschool during the week.
My son is more the one that I would need help with so I can go have some mommy time (workout, run errands). I also would expect some house work being done is so young- hes still on two naps so it allows for laundry, cleaning, organizing to be done:)
If its the weekend, my girls are very sweet and love to do crafts, play outside. My son is just like his sisters, very sweet. I just want someone who is present. And really encourages conversation, activities. With my son, does cue cards, plays with him. Interacts with him, and helps him hit milestones
