Just need him to be watched with someone he likes for 1-2 hours tops so I can go to the gym (3 mins aways) snacks & food will always be left out for him & drinks, no chores needed to be done.
Tons of toys around the house he plays with regularly, doesn't need to be followed 24/7, used to free range of the house.
He's a good boy, not danger prone, makes a mess but no need to even clean up after him I can do it when I get home.
Easy going family, he'll let you know if he doesn't like something or to let him do stuff by himself easily.
He doesn't talk yet but he's very vocal.
