From canyon-spanning zipline rides to moments of awe atop Canada's highest suspension bridge, wonder awaits at Golden Skybridge This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are metAssist in the efficient supervision of the outlet’s staffLeading the team with a positive attitude and recognizing a job well doneProviding daily oversight of F&B operations, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, establishment and consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standardsP/L responsibility for all aspects of the restaurantAssist with the recruitment, training, development and retention of high-quality team membersAnticipate key issues and informational needs and be prepared to discuss ongoing performance and functions that will enhance the performance of food and beverage operationsBecome deeply ingrained in the operations of food and beverage in order to drive employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and financial performanceProvide leadership and coaching that fosters an environment of problem solving, service, teamwork, accuracy and speed, improved business practices and attract and retain superior talent on our teamMake employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocateProvide support to all of the Company’s research and guest satisfaction programsAll day-to-day operational issues providing daily supervision to the restaurantAssist with training, staffing, development, staff meetings, scheduling and payroll submissionsAssist with planning and execution of functionsOrdering, inventory and stock stakeCoding and remittance of all invoicesCross promotion of all Pursuit attractions and divisionsREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSHigh attention to detail and good communication skillsStrong customer service skillsExperience with cash control proceduresFood & Beverage backgroundExperience in similar leadership role an assetThrives in a fast paced and high energy work environmentExperience with best-in-class operating systems, training, staff development and the operational management of large and complex operationsThe starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
