The Director, Internal Audit, reporting to the Senior Director, Internal Audit & Risk Management, is a senior level position in the Third Line of Defense responsible for developing and executing a robust Audit Plan in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective of this role is to apply a comprehensive understanding of different Internal Audit standards to direct complex audit and advisory activities within the Rogers portfolio.

  1. Lead and manage the internal audit team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  2. Collaborate with audit management and other team members to plan and execute risk-based audits, report audit results, and monitor management’s control environment.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and develop a risk-based audit plan.
  4. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track corrective actions.

What you have:

  1. Excellent knowledge of internal control and risk management principles, including experience in financial, operational and IT systems audits.
  2. Proficiency with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ Global Internal Audit Standards, the COSO Internal Control – Integrated Framework, COBIT, and other relevant frameworks.
  3. 8+ years of relevant experience within Internal Audit.
  4. Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and innovation in audit tools and techniques.
