We are seeking a dynamic Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our strategic financial planning at E-Comm. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our corporate financial planning, driving both short-term and long-term budgets, capital planning, and forecasting.
This position would suit an experienced leader who is passionate about fostering a culture of strategic financial excellence and collaboration within the team, driving the adoption of advanced analytical tools, forecasting techniques, and financial modeling methodologies to enhance decision-making. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function, identifying opportunities to optimize budgeting processes, improve financial performance, and provide insightful analysis that supports the company’s corporate objectives.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading corporate financial planning, budget analysis, and special projects, delivering high-impact financial analysis and reports that empower business decision-making. br/>
Previous experience in Finance Transformation would be especially beneficial as you will drive strategic finance transformation projects, enhancing operational efficiency, automating processes, and aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and budgeting, with at least 5 years in a managerial roleCPA designation and a university degree in business, finance, or economics, or an equivalent combination of training and experienceA deep understanding of corporate financial administration, budgeting, and analysisKnowledge of accepted accounting practices, principles, standards and procedures, including reporting and costing proceduresExpertise in developing financial models, scenarios, and driver based financial analysisStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing teamExceptional communication skill with the ability to present complex financial information to senior leaders and Board membersAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external contacts, to consult and negotiate with clients, and to represent the department in meetings and on committees
