Remote Nurse, Licensed (Medical Information Specialist) Inizio Engage partners with a leading Biotechnology company for Commercial, Patient Solutions and Medical Affairs. The role is fully remote and reports to the Call Center Supervisor, Medical Information. As a Medical Information Specialist you will deliver virtual or telephonic support to patients, healthcare professionals and key clients, providing accurate medical product information and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities Completely and accurately document all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with Inizio Engage, client and federal guidelines and regulations. Conduct study compliance calls to volunteers enrolled in clinical medical research trials. Enroll participants in educational seminars. Provide patient support to patients enrolled in Patient Support Programs. Collect demographic data and disposition for product, sample and literature fulfillment. Maintain high quality and productivity standards for all client programs, adhering to program scripts and guidelines. Accurately capture information required by individual programs into specific program databases. Exhibit effective communication and tele‑management skills. Communicate with callers empathetically and facilitate their understanding of medical terminology. Display flexibility within the department to maximize utilization, including performing administrative and non‑telecommunication duties as needed. Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. Update and submit resumes upon request for audits. Requirements DEC or BA in Nursing. Valid licensed Registered Nurse in your jurisdiction. Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills. Availability for rotating shifts between 8 am EST and 8 pm EST. Computer literacy and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption. Competency with Call Center telephone technology. Pleasant telephone manners. Ability to work independently and within a group setting. Results‑oriented, excellent organizational skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
