What You’ll Be Doing As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll lead a high‑performing team of financial services professionals to deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll hire, develop, and coach your team, inspire performance, act as an owner, and help clients grow their interests. You’ll be flexible to work banking centre hours (including evenings and weekends) and travel within a reasonable distance.
