Job Description The Senior Network Administrator – OSCC (Operational Security Command Center) is responsible for the reliability, performance, and security of the company's network infrastructure, spanning campus, data center, WAN / SD‑WAN, and cloud environments. You will play a key role in daily operations, major incident resolution, automation, and continuous improvement of network posture. You will help maintain stable, high‑performance, and secure systems while collaborating with the Cybersecurity, Systems, and Service Desk teams. Your main responsibilities include: Ensuring the availability and stability of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi‑Fi, load balancing). Maintaining critical services (routing, VLAN, DNS / DHCP, QoS, secure segmentation, Zero Trust). Overseeing monitoring, incident response, and change management. Design and execute MOPs, failover plans, and resilience tests. Develop configuration automation (Python, Ansible, Git) and manage the network like code. Document architectures and procedures, and participate in the on‑call rotation for major incidents. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise networking, including operational management of multi‑site environments. Strong knowledge of routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, VXLAN / EVPN), firewalls, VPNs, QoS, and Wi‑Fi. Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Aruba environments. Good knowledge of packet analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump) and network monitoring platforms. Automation skills (Python, Ansible, Git, API) and ITIL best practices in change and incident management. Analytical, rigorous, performance‑oriented, and continuous improvement‑oriented. Recognized certifications: CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, NSE, JNCIP, ITIL Foundation (an asset).
