Notre bureau de Montréal ou Brossard est à la recherche d’un ingénieur senior en électricité pour se joindre à notre groupe de services de conception.

En tant que membre de l’équipe de conception multidisciplinaire, l’ingénieur en électricité du bâtiment travaillera sur un large éventail d’aspects relatifs à l’électricité pour de nombreux projets, tels que de nouvelles installations, la mise aux normes de systèmes existants, les essais, la mise en service et l’optimisation de systèmes. Le titulaire du poste doit posséder des connaissances pratiques en livrables de conception détaillée, administration des contrats de construction et mise en service de projets industriels. Il devra impérativement être en mesure de s’adapter rapidement aux normes de conception des différents clients.

Responsabilités:
  1. Participer aux plans d’innovation pour diversifier les marchés
  2. Définir la portée des projets et des offres de service
  3. Diriger des équipes de techniciens, dessinateurs et d’ingénieurs et coordonner les efforts de différents intervenants internes et externes afin de réaliser des projets de conception en électricité du bâtiment pour différents secteurs (industriel et institutionnel)
  4. Effectuer la supervision technique, la coordination, la vérification et la conception de différents projets en électricité du bâtiment
  5. Assurer la satisfaction des clients tout au long des projets
  6. Effectuer les relevés des installations existantes
  7. Analyser, concevoir et adapter des installations reliées à l’électricité du bâtiment
  8. Concevoir et préparer des plans et devis techniques de projets
  9. Effectuer des expertises de vétusté, d'avant-projet, de conservation d'énergie, etc.
  10. Effectuer et vérifier les calculs de branchements et faire la coordination avec les fournisseurs de service (Hydro-Québec, Bell, Vidéotron, pour les nouveaux raccordements au besoin)
  11. Faire la coordination interdisciplinaire avec les professionnels internes et externes
  12. Mentorat du personnel débutant
  13. Évaluer le budget de coûts de construction en électricité
  14. Rédiger des devis et rapports techniques
  15. Fournir l'assistance à la surveillance des travaux et à la mise en service
Compétences, aptitudes et qualifications :
  • B. Sc. en génie électrique
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ); posséder un permis d’ingénieur dans d’autres provinces est un atout
  • Plus de 10 années d’expérience en conception et mise en œuvre de systèmes électriques, d’instrumentation et de contrôle, y compris les systèmes automatisés par PLC ou PAC, systèmes SCADA, moteurs et dispositifs à basse tension, distribution électrique à basse et moyenne tension, protection et contrôle électrique et alimentation de secours, ainsi que solides connaissances pratiques en intégration d’instrumentation de terrain et d’équipement automatisé
  • Bonnes connaissances pratiques des codes et normes de l’électricité au Canada, ainsi que des normes et réglementations applicables de l’industrie
  • Compréhension des technologies de procédés/traitement et application de méthodologies standards pour présenter les mesures et contrôles basés sur les normes de la série ANSI/ISA S5
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais*)
  • Solide esprit d’analyse; souci manifeste du détail et diligence continue en matière de suivi
  • Capacité à exercer un jugement éclairé
  • Sens de l’initiative et grande motivation à apprendre
  • Bon sens de l’organisation et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches et projets de front
  • Excellentes aptitudes en organisation, relations interpersonnelles et communication écrite et orale
  • Doit être en mesure de s’intégrer à une équipe multidisciplinaire en nouant de bonnes relations et en coopérant avec les autres membres de l’équipe, afin de coordonner efficacement les activités et d’atteindre les objectifs
  • Titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide ainsi qu’un véhicule
  • Détenir l’attestation décernée par l’ASP (santé et sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction)

*Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous devrez intervenir avec des clients clés internes et externes dans l’équipe de l’Est du Canada et les équipes canadiennes ou mondiales de façon régulière, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
