Lead Coordinator, Academic Program Management - Pharmacy Position purpose: As a key member of the team managing the pharmacy (PharmD) program at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the program. You support key program activities including recruitment, admissions, marketing and communication, event management, internship management, continual improvement, program accreditation and management of online platforms. You conduct these activities relying on your own logistics, event organization, project management and financial management skills. Key Responsibilities Promotion and event management: Design and produce program events, project a positive image of the Faculty and the University, chair event planning committees, determine elements and timelines, monitor and report progress, develop event budgets and stay within limits, promote events to target audiences and design promotional material. Marketing and communications: Develop and implement program marketing strategies based on digital marketing best practices, implement an annual communications plan for internal and external audiences, contribute to strategic plan and section brand. Development and management of student internships: Establish internship settings around the country, support smooth running of internships, ensure follow-up for smooth operations. Liaison and student recruitment: Develop and implement innovative strategies, stimulate high school and university students’ interest, achieve recruitment goals. Web content and social media management: Produce web content to meet business needs, comply with web and accessibility standards, official language requirements and policies, assess performance indicators for website traffic and usability, coordinate improvements. Assistance with digital platforms: Work with admissions and Faculty IT teams to manage program digital platforms, including student file management and professor support. What you will bring Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in administration, communication or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Three years’ experience in a similar role or relevant university–based experience. Bilingualism (spoken and written) in English and French. Other Qualifications Excellent organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and meet firm deadlines. Ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders and teams. Experience in event planning and organization. Experience in project management. Excellent communications, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Experience in marketing and communications. Proven initiative and autonomy. Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends. Experience using computer systems and software, databases, email, internet and social media. Knowledge of Canadian university sector and its administrative workings. Experience in the health‑care milieu (an asset).
