Complete and report on all aspects of AV branch merchandising and oversightProvide market intelligence and guidance to managerDemonstrate value-based benefits of solutionsAssist customers with warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options as part of the sales processServe as the go-to AV expert, staying up to date with the latest product updates and new releasesYOU MUST HAVE:
- Bilingual in French and English
- 3+ years sales and/or customer service experience
- Residential AV knowledge/experience
- Smart Home experience preferred
- Audio distribution, video distribution, lighting control, home automation
