The Billing and Payments Growth team is a vital component of 1Password, responsible for managing and optimizing the billing and payments experience for our customers. Our team partners with departments across the company on business needs related to pricing and packaging, compliance, resellers, and incentive programs. We create transparent, reliable interfaces so customers can access the features they want. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What We’re Looking For Production experience in full stack software development with a passion for frontend development. Preference for experience with React, Typescript and Golang. Production experience building complex client‑side web applications. Experience with writing automated tests. Demonstrated ability to concisely communicate complex technical problems and propose thorough iterative solutions. Demonstrated skills in technical project leadership and effective collaboration with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders. You value ownership and enjoy room to make your own decisions – we’re a startup and trust everyone’s best judgment to keep a fast pace. Salary & Benefits USA‑based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $156,000 USD and $210,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada‑based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $143,000 CAD and $193,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
