Base Pay Range CA$110,000.00/yr - CA$115,000.00/yr Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sr Business Partnering Consultant to join a leading Canadian insurance company. This individual will be working directly with business partners to lead financial analysis, and acting as the decision expert when it comes to driving insights, conducting analysis and providing recommendations to meet business objectives. This role is hybrid, and there is expectation to be onsite 2x week at the Guelph, Burlington, or Toronto office. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years experience in financial services or a related field Post secondary degree in Finance - Has their CPA, CFA, or CBV designations Expert knowledge and understanding in strategic financial analysis, including strategic imperatives of a business area Strong Financial Planning and Analysis experience within medium to large size organizations Experience working with senior leadership (Director, EVP, and above) Nice to Have Skills and Experience Has their MBA Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Other Industries Insurance and Financial Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Insight Global by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
