The Summer Technology Analyst Program brings forward‑thinking talent into a dynamic, agile software development environment where you will innovate, influence, and make an impact in the world’s largest financial institution. Key Responsibilities Develop quality and scalable software solutions using leading‑edge technologies. Write code that meets business requirements, quality standards, and design patterns. Use testing and debugging tools to ensure defect‑free programming. Participate in code reviews, support testing cycles, and post‑production deployment. Collaborate with a cohort of new hires through cohort‑based training and mentorship to learn Citi’s tools, processes, and culture. Technical Exposure Microservices: Java, Spring Framework, Pivotal Cloud Foundry. Mobile: iOS (Swift, Xcode, MVC), Android (Java, Android Studio, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Java Web Services). Generative AI tools: GitHub Copilot, automated code reviews. Web: Angular, Eclipse, Java, JSP, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX. Data Analytics: Splunk, Tableau, Adobe Analytics. Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud – API deployment. Engineering Excellence: Minimum Development and Operational standards. Software Architecture: Microservices, APIs, Spring Core/MVC/Boot/Cloud, REST. CI/CD: JIRA, Zephyr, BitBucket, TeamCity, uDeploy, Artifactory, OpenShift (ECS/Docker). Event streaming: Kafka, Solace, Aeron. Containers: Docker, Kubernetes. Real‑world projects shaping the future of banking: digital banking solutions, cybersecurity, data‑powered innovations. Qualifications Graduating between December 2026 and May 2027. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field. GPA 3.0 or better (preferred). Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for innovation. Global outlook with ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones. Excellent communication, project management, leadership, and attention to detail. Ability to pass technical interviews with basic algorithmic programming exercises. Collaborative, adaptable, and experienced in agile teams (desirable). Desired Attributes Aspirational and driven to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
