Flash and Frame, the Okanagan’s top photobooth and event experience company, is hiring We’re searching for four new members to join our amazing team of Booth Babes for the holiday season. If you love creating memorable experiences and have a flair for photography, videography, and customer service, we’d love to have you onboard

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate photobooths, roaming photography, and 360 video stations at various events.
• Interact with guests to ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
• Manage equipment, troubleshoot on-site, and maintain event flow with professionalism and poise.
• Help create a fun, high-energy atmosphere for guests and event hosts.

Training and Growth Opportunity:

• Passion for Memory-Making: We provide training for anyone with the drive to create amazing experiences and a willingness to learn. Prior knowledge of camera operation, iPads, and computers is beneficial but not required. Being comfortable in crowds, enjoying interaction, and embracing technology will speed up your training timeline and get you event-ready faster

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable Transportation: As our events are spread across the Okanagan, you’ll need your own vehicle (public transit is not always available).
• Physical Capability: You’ll be responsible for lifting equipment cases in and out of vehicles.
• Event Flexibility: Our events are primarily 19+, requiring a mature and responsible presence. Most events run late, with end times between 11 PM and 1 AM, so comfort with night shifts is a must. We also have occasional daytime shifts available.
• Passion for Event Production: We need someone with a love for the work and high attention to detail, from operating photobooths to capturing great event moments on camera.

• Competitive Pay Structure: Training is fully compensated, with a training wage to get you started. Upon completion, enjoy tiered pay increases, plus event bonuses.
