Provide expert guidance on compensation exceptions and assist in creating sales reports as needed. Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities and trends. Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management. Research providers for lease products and develop asset profiles. Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams—Regional General Managers, Team Leads, Account Managers, Marketing, Credit, Centralized Services, and more. Develop trust, facilitate teamwork, and support cross‑functional initiatives. Communicate ideas and information clearly and diplomatically, especially on sensitive issues. Take initiative to resolve challenges with creativity and sound judgment. Manage various sales and marketing projects. Plan and oversee budgets for community sponsorships, corporate memberships, and related activities. Deliver high‑quality customer service, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all customer and vendor interactions. Your Team: Joining our team means being part of a leader in equipment financing, where you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, tackle unique business challenges, and deliver impactful solutions. The Senior Manager, Sales Operations reports to the Vice President, Direct Sales and will collaborate with Regional General Managers, Team Leads, Account Managers, Marketing, and other various internal departments.
