We are hiring a SOV Store - Travel Expert at Sunwing. The role reports to the Selling Supervisor/Branch Manager and focuses on delivering high‑quality service to consumer travel clients while building long‑term relationships to create a strong repeat customer base. What You’ll Do Provide high‑quality service to consumer travel clients, emphasizing long‑term relationships. Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets. Provide accurate, complex travel information (e.g., detailed travel documentation). Organize and assist with local business‑building promotions and networking. Assist in the resolution of client complaints. Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance with company policy. Work closely with consumers, tour operators, and internal support departments. What You’ll Need Experience as a Travel Counsellor. Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Provincial certification. Employment Details Location: Barrie, Ontario, Canada Salary: $52,600.00 – $63,050.00 per year Full‑time, Entry level.
