Senior Manager, Game Data AnalyticsWarner Bros. Discovery seeks a senior leader to support and coach Lead Analysts across studio projects, streamline analytics pipelines, and deliver data solutions that inform game‑feature decisions. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on development, requiring both analytical skill and people‑management ability.ResponsibilitiesDirectly support Leads and partner organizations in using data services.Oversee strategic goals and objectives of multiple projects, refining processes as needed.Lead technical road‑map and planning for data services, prioritizing value‑driven initiatives.Collaborate with technical leaders to manage dependencies influencing projects.Conduct regular check‑ins and 1:1 meetings with Leads, providing road‑block support, coaching, and growth opportunities.Liaise and report on activities and ongoing projects to the Director of Data Science and Publishing Insights.Maintain a dashboard of game analytics projects, including research and experimentation across the game slate.Qualifications7+ years in the video game industry with expertise in monetization and feature‑development analytics across console and mobile titles.Participated in releases of 3+ successful games (console and/or mobile). Hands‑on technical experience in creating data solutions—analytical SQL, data visualization, experimentation, and data‑governance practices.Experience with data‑visualization tools for democratized usage (Tableau or Looker is an asset).Demonstrated skill at coaching and inspiring a team to adopt best practices.Emphatic, collaborative, lifelong learner committed to continual improvement and effective information transmission.Championing Inclusion at WBDWarner Bros.
