Overview Mortgage Specialist – RBC – Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada Provide peace of mind to clients by delivering customized mortgage solutions and expert advice. Build strong relationships with internal partners, external partners, community members and realtors to grow business and deliver exceptional client service. Responsibilities Consistently cultivate local business opportunities and seek new customers through relationship building within the community and your centres of influence. Develop a loyal client base by delivering exceptional mortgage advice and financial solutions. Drive personal sales results while collaborating with RBC partners to anchor external business. Take initiative to provide advice and solutions that meet individual client needs. Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate clients’ preferences. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven sales success, ideally in financial services or real estate. A solid network in your community that generates referrals, new clients, and increased business. Proven ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships. Ability to cultivate strong relationships with internal partners. Self‑starter who works independently and seeks out answers. Previous experience as a mortgage lender (nice‑to‑have). Strong knowledge of mortgage origination and home financing products (nice‑to‑have). Excellent presentation and organizational skills (nice‑to‑have).
