We unify the core functionalities of cyber threat intelligence and external attack surface management into a single, intuitive platform.TL;DR: We are a bunch of nerds who help protect our clients' data (and people in their network) by locating cyber risks.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the sales team to articulate the value of the Flare platform to prospective customersUnderstand customer requirements, field technical questions, and demonstrate platform capabilitiesDevelop use-cases, technical demos, and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) end-to-endBuild strong relationships with technical stakeholders in customer organizationsTrain sales team members on the technical aspects of Flare’s platformAct as a technical consultant across Flare, supporting product, marketing, and other initiativesRepresent Flare at events, speaking engagements, and webinars; contribute to content like tutorials and videosFlexibility to travel as neededRequirements / QualificationsYou’ll be a perfect fit if: You have significant experience supporting enterprise sales, including navigating complex buying committees and aligning with multiple stakeholdersYou’re comfortable as the primary technical contact during the sales process — leading demos, owning POCs, and resolving blockersYou have a keen attention to detail and pride yourself on thorough, accurate documentationYou consistently keep stakeholders updated — no one ever has to chase youYou bring relevant pre- and/or post-sales experience from a cybersecurity vendorYou have cybersecurity, OSINT, or threat intelligence expertise in areas such as:SOC, SIEM, TIP, or SOARVulnerability ManagementIncident ResponseRed TeamingThreat Hunting & ResearchProduct or operational securityYou can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical audiences — from analysts to executivesYou’re comfortable with structured processes but also thrive in the ambiguity of a startup (“building the plane as it’s flying”)You lead with curiosity and empathy, and genuinely care about clients and colleaguesYou value feedback, embrace radical candor, and are motivated to continually improveNice to haveExperience building or refining pre-sales and technical sales processesAbility to create technical enablement content (talk tracks, demo scripts, objection guides)History of working closely with product, marketing, or customer success to bring customer insights into strategyComfort with solution engineering tools (demo environments, sandbox integrations, CRMs, etc.)Experience at an early-stage startup and a knack for balancing speed with qualityStrong documentation skills in Confluence/Google DocsWillingness to pitch in outside your role when it helps the team succeedWhat it’s like to be part of FlareYou will find a people-first company where work-life balance is valued.
