Responsibilities Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, trading comps, transaction comps), and scenario modelling for potential acquisition targets Assist deal sourcing by researching industries, mapping vertical software markets, and identifying qualified acquisition opportunities Support preparation of investment memos, presentations, and materials for senior leadership review Perform detailed financial, commercial, and operational due diligence on target companies Analyze historical financial performance, forecast assumptions, KPIs, and customer metrics Work closely with cross‑functional teams across finance, operations, technology, and legal during the diligence process Monitor portfolio and pipeline metrics, data rooms, and transaction timelines Conduct market and competitor research to evaluate industry trends, risks, and growth opportunities Maintain CRM data and internal acquisition tracking tools to support pipeline management Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices within the M&A team Qualifications (Minimum) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field 0–2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity, Consulting, or similar analytical role Strong financial analysis and valuation skills High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment Curiosity about vertical market software businesses and long‑term investing Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial modelling (DCF, comps, sensitivity analysis) Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Understanding of SaaS metrics and software‑focused due diligence Experience conducting market research or competitive analysis Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities Interest in long‑term career progression within M&A or corporate development Employee Benefits Exposure to international transactions and senior decision‑makers Opportunity to develop deep M&A and financial modeling skills Career progression into M&A Associate and leadership roles Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture Access to best‑in‑class training, tools, and development programs Flexible remote or hybrid work options depending on region #J-18808-Ljbffr
