Base pay range $70.00/hr - $140.00/hr Position Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager Employment type Independent Contractor Compensation $70–$140/hour Location US, UK, or Canada Duration 3–4 weeks Commitment 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management. Collaborate with AI research teams to improve question quality and relevance. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure content aligns with industry standards and practices. Utilize professional experience to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications 4+ years full-time work experience as a Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks). Compensation & Legal At-will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours. Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
