Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management. Build long‑term, trusting relationships with customers, associates, and management to gain mindshare and generate enthusiasm. Allow your charm to shine and let results speak for themselves—dominate the market. Qualifications Maintain flexibility to work during peak times on Saturdays and Sundays. Approachable personality: initiate conversations with ease. Resilience and resourcefulness in sales environments. Commitment to service excellence: provide exceptional service consistently.
