This position is for our Oakview Place Home, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. What you’ll be doing Support residents in participating in activities of daily living (e.g., dressing, bathing, toileting, personal grooming & mobility). Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families. Ensure that care is provided according to the person’s wishes, preferences and care plan. What you bring Completed HCA certification. Demonstrated compassion, accountability and respect. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. Ability to meet the physical and cognitive demands of the job (e.g., bending, lifting, walking, attention to detail, ability to multi‑task).
