Cette équipe est formée d’une dizaine de professionnels et d'inspecteurs, à la fois dynamiques et expérimentés, et offre un volume de travail varié. Celle-ci vous propose des défis stimulants axés sur l'inspection de biens immobiliers, leurs évaluations, l’analyse des tendances du marché, la recherche ainsi que l'utilisation d’outils novateurs.**Responsabilités clés:*** Inspecter des propriétés résidentielles et agricoles à la suite de l’émission d’un permis, d’une vente ou du maintien d’inventaire;* Recueillir les données nécessaires à l’évaluation des bâtiments résidentiels et agricoles tout en respectant les exigences réglementaires à l’aide d’un appareil électronique;* Dessiner les croquis dans le système informatique.* Être autonome et gérer son temps efficacement;* Communiquer avec aisance et faire preuve d’un bon service à la clientèle;* Organiser de façon méthodique et posséder des attitudes proactives;* Maîtriser de façon simultanée des aptitudes de communication et de saisie de données;* Maîtriser des outils informatiques;* Être curieux, avoir un sens d’observation développé et disposer d’un intérêt d’accroitre ses connaissances dans le domaine de l’évaluation;* Détenir un permis de conduire valide et une automobile.**Compétences clés:*** Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en Technologie de l’évaluation immobilière ou en estimation en bâtiment OU une attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) en évaluation immobilière ou estimation en bâtiment OU toute combinaison de formation ou d’expérience jugée pertinente et équivalente sera considérée.* Parler anglais* L’employé doit travailler trente-cinq (35) heures par semaine pour satisfaire aux exigences du poste et selon les mandats octroyés.
