Nous recherchons un Scientifique des Données talentueux, enthousiaste et axé sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe en croissance Au cœur de l'innovation, ce rôle clé est destiné à un pionnier des données, prêt à déchiffrer les complexités grâce à une analyse approfondie et à transformer les vastes océans de données en stratégies perspicaces et en solutions révolutionnaires.

Le match parfait devrait avoir une certaine expérience pertinente dans les secteurs du prêt, du crédit, de la fraude, de la banque ou des services financiers.

Ton quotidien

Le candidat idéal devrait posséder une solide formation académique en exploration de données et en modélisation prédictive. Il devrait avoir un excellent sens des données et, idéalement, une certaine expérience pertinente dans les secteurs du prêt, du crédit, de la fraude, de la banque et des services financiers. Le candidat est un apprenant avide et rapide de nouveaux concepts, compétences et technologies, et possède une forte capacité à mener des recherches et à transformer les connaissances en solutions. Développer des insights analytiques exploitables pour l'amélioration continue de la gestion des affaires de prêt dans tous les aspects du risque de crédit, de la politique et de la stratégie, du marketing et des ventes, du comportement des comptes et des recouvrements; Réaliser une analyse de données exploratoire en utilisant de grands ensembles de données, impliquant la visualisation et des techniques statistiques de base pour développer des intuitions et identifier les variables clés dans les projets de science des données; Gérer les données de l'Estimation du Temps d'Arrivée (ETA), y compris le calcul des heures de début et de fin précises et la gestion efficace des données sensibles au temps; Utiliser des techniques avancées dans la manipulation et l'analyse des données Géospatiales pour dériver des insights basés sur la localisation et des stratégies de prise de décision; Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des algorithmes de Traitement Automatique du Langage Naturel (NLP) pour automatiser les processus de service client, améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et améliorer les interactions avec les clients; Mener des évaluations approfondies des modèles d'apprentissage automatique, déterminer leur adéquation pour les tâches de classification ou de régression, et stratégiser des améliorations basées sur les métriques de performance; Surveiller la performance du portefeuille et piloter la validation des solutions analytiques et les ajustements des stratégies de crédit et de marketing/ventes pour atténuer les risques; Répondre aux demandes analytiques et de données en cours de toutes les zones de la banque; Travailler avec l'équipe exécutive pour aligner les stratégies de communication avec les stratégies et objectifs organisationnels; Apprendre et comprendre l'entreprise en détail et éduquer l'organisation à utiliser et comprendre l'analytique et les données.

Le bagage requis

Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le traitement des données et le développement de modèles prédictifs avec de solides compétences analytiques, conceptuelles et de résolution de problèmes quantitatifs; Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat, d'une maîtrise ou d'un diplôme en ingénierie de logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe; Très compétent dans le Stack Data Science Python (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, IPython), l'apprentissage automatique et les statistiques, la visualisation des données, les tests A/B, les problèmes de Bandit, les systèmes de recommandation et l'apprentissage par renforcement; Expertise dans les bases de données SQL et NoSQL, comme PostgreSQL et MySQL; Expérience pratique dans la collecte/transformation/analyse des données géospatiales et des données sensibles au temps (ETA); Expérience dans la conception et la mise en œuvre d'algorithmes de TALN; Connaissance des données de crédit externes/alternatives pour évaluer les résultats de crédit est un plus.
