We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Safety/Quality Data Analyst to join our team. If you are passionate about data analysis and driving continuous improvement, this role will provide an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Safety/Quality Data Analyst you will:

  1. Design and implement effective data collection methods to capture relevant safety and quality metrics.
  2. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing robust data validation processes.
  3. Maintain and update databases, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  4. Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in safety and quality data.
  5. Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze data and generate reports.
  6. Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis findings.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
  9. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
  10. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on safety and quality performance.
  11. Document data collection methods, analysis procedures, and improvement initiatives.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS

As the Safety/Quality Data Analyst you will bring:

  1. Relevant certifications in data analysis, safety, and quality assurance (preferred).
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within safety and quality domains.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power Platform, Power Query, SQL, Python, and M-Language.
  4. Experience with data visualization software like Power BI and Vizio.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships as a team member.
