A job at Holt Renfrew offers a competitive total compensation, a generous employee discount, pension, and health & dental benefits, tuition assistance, and continuous learning and development.Conseiller(ère) beauté is responsible for developing close and lasting relationships with customers to increase sales, service levels, and loyalty.ResponsibilitiesProvide consistently extraordinary service and selling experience to all clients.Exceed all personal sales and service targets.Exceed all brand sales and service targets.Build a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers, developing relationships with existing clients, and retaining loyal customers.Share product knowledge with the store sales team.Maintain durable relationships with buyers, vendors, and the selling manager.Drive brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, executing events, and making assortment recommendations; regularly communicate suggestions to store management.Attend all educational sessions (product knowledge, vendor sessions, Holt Renfrew seminars).Perform floor merchandising, price changes, and related sales-support tasks.Communicate regularly with personal clients by phone, mail, or electronic means regarding in-store events, product requests, post-sale follow-up, birthdays, etc.Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management on issues beyond guidelines.Comply with all health and safety policies and requirements.Perform other assigned duties.QualificationsHigh school diplomaProven ability to exceed sales targetsHighly collaborative; works well with others in a team-oriented environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks under minimal supervisionFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMinimum of two years of experience in a commission-based sales environmentMake-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brandsPrior luxury retail experience preferredFluent in French and EnglishMeasures of successContribution to financial objectivesIndividual objectives linked to service goalsFeedback from internal and external clientsEqual OpportunityHolt Renfrew is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
