Company-wide social events and family functions throughout the year Compensation increases as per the Collective Agreement Relocation Package available for qualifying candidates WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Ensure all paperwork, documentation and reporting associated with a repair is completed accurately Provide coaching and leadership to junior technicians to ensure work tasks are performed efficiently and accurately, and that appropriate skills to progress in the trade are developed Ensure all work tasks are performed in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as required WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN ORDER TO QUALIFY: Holder of AME license or equivalency Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by TCA or the applicable governing body) Good communication skills: fluent written and verbal English is mandatory Basic Computer Skills: word processing, spreadsheet and database programs Specific knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, repair and modification of aircraft or systems and components in the areas of Structures and/or Composites Ability to ensure that approved standards of quality control are maintained Safe work practices and techniques Basic coaching and leadership skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $33.35-$38.58 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday This position requires immediate Controlled Goods clearance, therefore, only Canadian Residents or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.
